Rules & Conditions

1. We count every complete download. For any anonymous and free users that download from FileServing, we count one unique file per unique IP every 24 hour period of time. Any user that uses the same IP but downloads two different files will still be counted as 2 downloads.
   For PREMIUM users, we count every one file downloaded per each unique IP every 24 hours. So a PREMIUM user downloading 2 different files with the same IP will be counted as 1 download.
   
2. The above rates applies to both PREMIUM and Free users.
3. Payouts can be requested via PayPal or CHECK or Bank Wire Transfer, and minimum payout is US$5. We approve all requested payments every 15 days.
4. Any downloads of files smaller than 1MB do not count.
5. Uploads must meet our terms of service.
6. Any downloads with your own account does not count.
7. Do not spam your files to your friends.
8. Manipulation of our system in any way will result in you being disqualified and your account being banned.
9. Free downloads for anybody worldwide.
